DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT

Due to the fact that we have very unique machines for deep-hole drilling, in particularly we focus our attention on improving our capabilities in this scope of production. At present, we can make holes in the range of diameters from 30 mm to 385 mm and max depth of 6000mm. Drilling of holes exceeding 250mm is performed by trepanning. We are limited only by the diameter of the parts being worked, the max size of which cannot exceed 1600 mm, and its weight is allowed only to 25t. We are now carrying out a repair and modernization of the TRC 160 boring-drilling machine and the WPB 100 horizontal drilling machine which will allow us not only to extend the range of the hole diameters, but also improve the drilling precision.

We have continuous cooperation with Celsa Huta Ostrowiec, Kuźnia Stalowa Wola, Kuźnia – Zawadzkie and the mines. All the time, we endeavour to improve the quality of our products. We are a young company, which is continuously developing through investing in new machines, modernization of production and increasing of its employment. It is extremely important for us to adapt to the requirements of Celsa Huta Ostrowiec, in scope of machining of forgings produced by that company.
